Eligibility:
1. The Merchandizer Reseller Program is available to all resellers, value-added resellers, system integrators, and web designers who have interest in or who are currently selling or recommending Merchandizer's Software products.
2. Information you provide in the registration form must be complete and valid. Merchandizer will verify the application for qualification purpose.
3. Merchandizer reserves the right to remove and modify Reseller information for the sole purpose of maintenance.

How we help
- We will keep our VAR's updated on advertising, releases, and events which help the VAR to effectively promote MerchandiZer.
- Marketing Materials - *Most marketing materials are provided at no charge and are downloadable from this web site. (Power Point presentations, HTML documents, Word documents and online brochures.) *Business cards, print brochures, and various other accessories are available at our cost + shipping. VAR's are not required to purchase any materials.
- Leads - Active VARs are eligible to receive sales leads of businesses who are interested in using MerchandiZer.

MerchandiZer requires VAR's to:
1. Maintain either a MerchandiZer button or banner on their company web page. (examples below - speak to your VAR liaison about other versions of the decal. |

2. Become familiar with MerchandiZer to be able to present it proficiently.
VARs are NOT provided with their own individual site or software, and there are no DNR copies because MerchandiZer is "live" hosted software. |

Not required, but helpful sales measures:
1. Learn all you can about E-Commerce!
2. Utilize MerchandiZer marketing materials in your presentations.
