Pre-paid Support Packages
All merchants receive free telephone support for one month (30 days) when
they lease our Merchandizer Shopping Cart software. Merchants that signup
for the Professional level package will receive 60 days free phone support.
Support Hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ET (GMT-5).
Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday. Some US federal holidays we have
reduced hours of 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. After your free support period is over,
there is a charge of $19.95 per incident call. Calls are either paid in advance
or at time of contacting MerchandiZer. Remember Email support is always free.
This Applies to user questions or difficulties that are included
in the documentation or online FAQ, or requested additional instruction
or assistance beyond the standard program. (There is never a charge if the
call/incident is related to a bug/defect in the software.)
