E-mail Migrations
How to download e-mails
As you were informed, we migrated to a more secure and reliable
hosting platform that guarantees better performance to you -
our customers. Your emails will now be transferred to a more
robust and efficient email platform. In the interest of time, it
is required to reset your passwords to 12345. You can change
this password after the migration. You will keep the same user
ID as today. We plan to have the email migration take place on
Friday, June 23rd at 4:00pm. For Customer that access emails from
the Web mail (e.g. http://pop.yourdomain.com), it is required to
download all emails from your current pop3 server to your email
browser in your PC prior to the above mentioned date. This process
should take you five to ten minutes, depending on the volume of
emails. Detailed instructions on how to download emails are below.
Kindly, email us a confirmation that all your emails were
successfully downloaded when download has been completed. Feel free

Web Browser Email Users
- If you use the web to check your email then please use
outlook express or outlook to download emails before Friday
the 23rd of June @4pm. If you do not download your email
then it might be lost. so we urge you to use outlook for the
meantime and then after the migration you can use web mail
again.
- Below you will find instruction how to download e-mails
outlook express/outlook 2003
OUTLOOK 2003
- Open outlook
- Go to TOOLS
- Click on EMAIL ACCOUNTS then
- Click on the choice “ADD A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT”
- Hit NEXT
- Select POP3
- Hit NEXT

- Under “USER INFORMATION”, in the YOUR NAME box, enter
YOUR NAME
- In the email address box, enter YOUR EMAIL
- Under “SERVER INFORMATION”, in the INCOMING MAIL SERVER
(POP3) box, enter
- pop.YOURDOMAIN.com
- In the OUTGOING MAIL SERVERS (SMTP) box, enter
pop.YOURDOMAIN.COM
- Under “LOG ON INFORMATION”, in the USER NAME box, enter
YOUR EMAIL
- In the PASSWORD OPTION box, enter YOUR PASSWORD
- Click on MORE SETTINGS, then Click OUTGOING SERVER
- Check MY OUTGOING SERVER (SMTP) requires authentication
and make sure first options is checked ( Use same settings
as my incoming mail server)

- Click on ADVANCED and Make sure the box under
Deliveryis NOT CHECKED
(Leave a copy of message on the server)

- Click OK
- Click on TEST ACCOUNT SETTING, then
- Close the box that pops up
- Hit NEXT AND FINISH, then
- Hit the SEND/RECEIVE button
- You're Done !!!
OUTLOOK EXPRESS USERS
- Go to TOOLS
- Select ACCOUNTS
- Click on ADD, then MAIL
- In the DISPLAY NAME box, Type YOUR NAME
- Click on NEXT
- Enter YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
- Click on NEXT
- Where it says MY INCOMING MAIL SERVER IS…., choose POP3
- Under INCOMING MAIL (POP3…)SERVER, enter
pop.YOURDOMAIN.com
- Under OUTGOING MAIL (SMTP) SERVER, enter
pop.YOURDOMAIN.com
- Click on NEXT
- Under ACCOUNT NAME, enter YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD in box
below
- Click on FINISH
- Click on PROPERTIES, then select SERVERS
- Under ‘OUTGOING MAIL SERVER’, check box ( my server
requires authentications)

- Click on settings
- Under logon information make sure the first box is
checked ( use same settings as my incoming mail server)
- Click ok
- Select ADVANCED, make sure that under DELIVERY, the box
is NOT CHECKED

- Click OK, then Click CLOSE
- Then Click on the SEND/RECEIVE box
- You're Done !!!
How to Download Emails Using
Outlook
- Go to TOOLS
- Click on EMAIL ACCOUNTS then
- Check view or existing email accounts
- Double Click on your account
- Click on more settings
- Tab to Advanced
- Make sure the box under
Deliveryis NOT CHECKED (Leave a copy of
message on the server

- Click ok and then Finnish
- Hit Send and Receive
- You're Done !!!
How to Download Emails Using
Outlook Express
- Go to tools
- Click on accounts
- Double click on your email accounts
- Tab to advanced
- make sure that under DELIVERY, the box is
NOT CHECKED

Click apply then ok

Click close
-
Hit Send and Refresh
-
You're done !!!
