I wanted to let you know how helpful Danny was in setting up
my Merchandizer site at register.fundassembly.com I called
Danny at least once a day for about a two-week period regarding
setting up this site. Since the site is to register for an
event (rather than to order an item), he and I had to work
out some special details for the site. Without exception, Danny
was available, helpful, and friendly. One time he had told
me that something couldn't be done the way I had wanted it.
I had given up on that detail, but on his own, Danny went the
extra mile, dug further and found a great solution for me.
I can't tell you how refreshing it is to work with a technology
company and actually be able to get a hold of a technical support
person nearly every time I tried. The few times Danny wasn't
available, I didn't wait on hold forever like I'm used to with
other companies. Instead I left a voicemail message and Danny
always called me right back. Your company - and Danny in particular
- should be role models for the rest of your industry.

I built the site in class and showed them how to do it. Everyone
was very impressed with the step--by--step the framed listing
on the left. Just following the list or the wizard and it's
done. I had scanned some art but we produced a few items
on the fly. I received "Wows" from the class of

left). Just be warned, the site is very Java intensive, so
it pretty much requires a 4.0x level browser. I think is shows
how easy it is to integrate the merchandizer software into
an existing site, and how you can even use Java to enhance

We use MerchandiZer. It's a complete shopping cart with an
extensive back office manager program. The program manages
a multitude of administrative functions from customer orders,
marketing promotions, to site management. They also set up
