Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. To be eligible for a refund,
it must be within 72 business hours of purchase (Monday - Friday).
We allow returns and a full refund of the set up fee and 1st month's
fee for up to 72 business hours after purchase.

The $149 set up fee and the first month of service is NON-refundable.
|

We do not require you to commit to any length of service.
You may cancel service and stop using the MerchandiZer service at any time.
|

For cancellation to become effective, a written request bearing an
authorized signature must be sent by postal mail or fax on the letterhead
of your company. This requirement is to prevent fraudulent notices of
termination from interrupting site uptime. Please do not send cancellation
notice by email. We are not able to cancel your account with only an e-mail
request and the message will be disregarded. Upon receipt of your notice
to cancel you will not be responsible for any additional payments and your
account will be made inactive at the end of that billing cycle. (Billing
cycles begin the first of each month.)

Though you are not required to provide a reason for your cancellation, we
kindly request that you provide a brief description so that we may use the
experience to help improve our service.

Illegitimate charge-backs (or reversed credit card charges) and stop payments
on checks will be assessed a $100.00 administrative fee per incident.
We take charge-backs very seriously. If you have waited more than 72 hours to
cancel your site after signing up, you are not entitled to a refund of the fees
as outlined in our cancellation policy. Requesting a MerchandiZer account to be
established for you, whether by speaking with a MerchandiZer sales representative,
authorized reseller or submitting an application from our website, implies your
agreement to be bound to the terms of this policy. We pursue the investigation of
false charge-backs aggressively and to the fullest extent possible.

We provide a full working version of MerchandiZer
online at our website so that you can test MerchandiZer before you sign up. This is done so
that you can see the entire program and how it works before you decide to use it. Please
be sure to completely read the documentation on the MerchandiZer site before committing
to the license agreement. Signing up for a MerchandiZer site by submitting the signup
form on our website or by speaking with one of our sales representatives or resellers
acknowledges full acceptance of the license agreement and your willingness to be bound
by it's terms.
